/admin («Eier-admin») is the owner’s dashboard. Only a user with platform_admin reaches it (ADMIN_EMAIL=x bin/rails admin:bootstrap). Every change below asks «Hvorfor» and lands in the organisation’s «Hendelseslogg» with who made it and the old and new values. The customer never sees the price, the reason or the log: only the plan or meeting it grants. How it works in code: Platform admin.

Find the organisation

Organisasjoner lists every organisation. Filter by plan (also «Satt for hånd», «Komplimentær», «Suspendert») and search by name or organisation number (spaces are ignored). Two flags mark what needs a look:
  • Overskredet: a meeting closed after its planned last day within the last year.
  • Feilet betaling: Stripe reported a failed payment within the last 30 days.

Give a rebate or a negotiated price

Use this when the customer pays outside Stripe or at a price that is not on /priser.
  1. Open the organisation and go to Sett plan manuelt.
  2. Pick the plan (Gratis / Standard / Pro), the participants per meeting (blank = the plan’s default cap) and Gyldig til (blank = no expiry; after the date the organisation answers as Gratis).
  3. Enter the agreed yearly price in Pris / rabatt (kroner incl. mva). The list price of the step is shown under the field.
  4. Write Hvorfor («Avtalt på telefon 1. nov, faktureres utenfor Stripe») and save.
The plan is now set by hand. Stripe never changes it: a subscription event, a renewal at another step or a cancellation writes «Stripe-hendelse mens planen er manuell» in the log with what Stripe would have set, and the plan stays. Resolve it by setting the plan again, or with Gi styringen tilbake til Stripe (shown when the organisation has a Stripe subscription), after which the next subscription event sets the plan and the agreed price is cleared. A rebate code for a Stripe checkout is a different thing: create a promotion code in Stripe and send the customer the link /priser?kode=… or /kjop?kode=… (Payments). Codes do not need /admin.

Give a free meeting (or a meeting at a special price)

  1. Open the organisation and go to Gi enkeltmøte.
  2. Pick Nytt møte with a title, or a meeting the organisation prepares or runs and has not bought.
  3. Enter the participants (the cap, 50–500), the first and last meeting day (1–14 days, the last not in the past) and the price in kroner: 0 for a gift.
  4. Write Hvorfor and press Gi møtet.
No Stripe is involved. The meeting takes the cap and the days at once and is listed as «Enkeltmøte · gitt». The purchase is worth its list value, so if the customer later uses «Utvid møtet» they pay only the difference. A given meeting lifts the meeting only while the organisation is on Gratis; on Standard or Pro the plan’s cap applies. Change it later: press Endre on the meeting’s row in «Møter og møtedager» and change the cap, the days or the price. This works on meetings the customer bought in Stripe as well, for example after a partial refund that the log reports as «Refusjon i Stripe … Rett kjøpet for hånd». A meeting without a purchase has Gi instead.

Overrides and suspension

Under Overstyringer → «Endre overstyringer»:
  • Deltakertak and Møtegrense override the plan’s caps for this organisation (blank = the plan’s).
  • Lås opp Pro-funksjoner unlocks one Pro feature at a time (Forslag, Redaksjonskomité, terminology …) without changing the plan.
  • Komplimentær marks an organisation that does not pay. It changes no limit; use it to find the complimentary organisations later. Organisations created with «Ny organisasjon» before VOT-537 were migrated to complimentary Pro: filter on «Komplimentær» to review them and set their plan by hand.
Suspender (at the bottom of the card, with a reason) makes the organisation answer as Gratis everywhere, bought meetings included; Opphev suspensjon gives it back.

Meeting days

Møter og møtedager shows, for each meeting, the days the customer planned, when it was actually started and closed, the days used of the days planned, participants against the cap, and +N dager when it ran past the planned last day. Nothing is locked: the meeting days are trust-based, and the customer is not told. A close after the last day is also in the log and in the list’s «Overskredet» flag.

Hendelser

Hendelser lists every organisation’s log, newest first (the latest 300), filtered by category: «Manuelle endringer», «Kjøp», «Stripe» and «Overskridelser». «Alle hendelser» on an organisation’s log opens the same page for that organisation alone.
